They first enjoyed a guided tour of Hillu’s exhibition, then ventured on creating their own work. She taught them simple weaving and they made dolls using pieces of cord and wool. Their concentration and dexterity hugely impressed Hillu and their dancing dolls were fantastic!

Hillu liebelt is an acclaimed textile artist who works in London. She has taught at Kawashima Textile School and Seian University in 2007.
