Sara Fanelli
Born in Florence. Sara Fanelli studied classics before she went to Englad to study art. She is a leading picture book creator and she has been awarded many prestigious prizes including Macmillan Prize for children’s picture book, which she won while still studying at Camberwell School of Art. Her distinctive style has fans world wide and she has captured hearts of many Japanese too. Several of her books have been translated into Japanese, which include Button, Dear Diary and First Flight.
